Would you like to put your experience to work for our fiduciary firm?
- Advise and support clients in all tax matters relating to corporate life and entrepreneurs
- Drafting of memoranda, resolution of tax disputes, ruling requests, tax due diligence, etc.
- Assistance in corporate law and contract law (restructuring transactions, mergers, acquisitions)
- Close collaboration with our accounting and audit teams to provide an integrated and comprehensive approach to clients
- Liaison with Tax Authorities, notary firms, and external correspondents
- Monitoring and integration of developments in current regulations, particularly through internal training of our accounting and audit teams
- Education: Master’s degree in Swiss law, with a specialization or significant experience in tax law.
- Knowledge: Excellent command of the tax systems of the cantons of Geneva and Vaud.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in corporate taxation, in a fiduciary firm, law firm, or specialized practice.
- Skills:
- Perfect command of French, fluent English required (spoken and written),
- Autonomy, rigor, analytical skills, and ability to work in a team.
