Would you like to put your experience to work for our fiduciary firm?
- Advise and support entrepreneurs and corporate clients on legal and tax matters related to business operations
- Draft legal memoranda, handle tax disputes, prepare tax rulings, conduct tax due diligence, etc.
- Provide support in corporate law and contract law (restructuring, mergers & acquisitions)
- Work closely with our accounting and audit teams to deliver an integrated, end-to-end client service
- Maintain direct and regular contact with clients (in French and English)
- Liaise with tax authorities, notaries and external advisors
- Monitor regulatory developments and contribute to internal training of accounting and audit teams
- Education: Master’s degree in Swiss Law
- Knowledge: Experience or strong interest in corporate taxation, combined with a solid background in business law
- Experience: Around 5 years of professional experience, ideally within a fiduciary, law firm or specialized advisory firm
- Skills:
- Native-level French and strong command of English (written and spoken)
- Ability to work independently with a structured and analytical mindset
- Team-oriented with strong attention to detail
